With Love xx by Elle Pervez - This painting is about that feeling of seeing something beautiful and immediately wanting to share it with someone you love in a postcard. I’ve always loved the idea of a postcard; a tiny, tangible "wish you were here" sent from one heart to another. As a kid, I sent a lot of postcards, and it is still something I find enjoyable as an adult when on holiday.
A feast for the senses, this statement artwork feels like a window into a much loved memory. With love xx is inspired by the Australian outback and the few and far between stops, all selling a few postcards for the stream of travellers exploring Australia’s red centre, and wishing to tell their family all about it.
